Privacy

Short version: we collect only what we need, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it anytime. Email [email protected].

What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address, through our newsletter provider, Beehiiv.
• Orders: your name, email and payment details, through Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Questionnaire: your answers about your skin, hair, routine and goals, through our form provider. Some answers may be health related. Optional questions are marked, and you can skip them.
• Site visits: anonymous page counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.

How we use it

• To write and send your report, and to answer your emails.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To improve our research, but only if you opt in on the questionnaire, and only with your name and email removed.

What we never do

• We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
• We never publish anything you tell us in a way that identifies you.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Beehiiv (newsletter), Stripe (payments), our form provider (questionnaire), Google (email), and AI research tools used to help write reports. They handle data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Questionnaire answers and reports: 12 months after delivery, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Payment records: as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data anytime by emailing us. We'll do it within 30 days.

Age

Eluate's report is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
